Meditation is a fantastic way of grounding yourself and clearing your head of unnecessary bad thoughts. Headspace have some fantastic resources online. Some for free and some paid, that you can take part in to give your mind some TLC.

Using google maps street view, try and crack where the image you've been provided with has been taken in the world. Pin point this on the map provided and get points dependent on how close you are to the correct location!
From the comfort of your own home, or when you are out on your permitted daily exercise, try and spot as many different birds as you can and take part in RSPB Love Nature #BigBirdWatch. Try counting the number of birds you see, as well as scribbling down their appearance. Take some pictures to and send them in.
